Col. Jim Leslie, Independent Green Party candidate for House of Delegates in the 38th District has filed petition signatures, and candidate forms with the State Board of Elections.

Col. Leslie (USMC, retired) is a realtor, husband, father, and grandfather.  In 2009, Col. Leslie was the only Native American Indian on the ballot for House of Delegates in Virginia.
